Donation Request Form

We are often asked for donations. Supporting our community is very important to us and we try to follow through on as many requests as possible. As much as we would like to honor all donation requests, RLI receives far more requests that we can support annually. In order to be considered, please complete the form below.

Requests must be received at least 6 weeks prior to needed. Due to the large number of request we receive, we cannot honor all of them. If you request is approved, we will contact you directly. Only requests submitted through this form will be reviewed.
